My love and passion for event planning began years ago while helping friends and family put
together their daughter's Quinceañeras. I loved the girl's long dresses and elegant suits the
boys would wear. In those days, the entire female court would dress in long dresses as was
the custom according to tradition. Although I focused on the dance that was presented
during the reception, I many times assisted with decoration and coordination the day of the
event. I didn't know it then, but dance and event planning were to become two of my
greatest loves!

While attending CSULA as a Communications major, I fell in love with Salsa dancing. I danced professionally for many
years, toured with several acts, filmed movies, music videos and live performances. During this period I continued to train
in the Latin styles of dancing and added Jazz and Hip-hop to my repetoire. After marrying my dance partner of 6 years,
we retired from performing and dedicated ourselves to holding private dance lessons for couples, groups and individuals.
As part of my journey, I worked for a boutique event marketing and promotions agency based in Los Angeles, CA.
Here, I fine tuned my ability to understand a client's vision of their perfect event, and helping them see that through from
conception to execution. Although I continued to help family and friends on the side, it was not until 7 years later, that
after many referrals I decided to jump start my own event planning business.
Today, I am blessed to have a career that allows me to combine my two passions! Working together with a great team, it
is a great personal joy to help businesses, young ladies and engaged couples make their event a Royal experience!
